Upgrade and downgrade of C6 credit cards plans
The C6 bank user who wanted to upgrade or downgrade your credit card plan need to use this feature. There are two card plans, the Carbon C6 and C6 plans, both have benefits but the Carbon C6 is more expensive and has more benefits. The user needed to switch between plans.
At the time It was built, C6 Bank only have the C6 credit card, so the C6 Carbon was the first diferent product for the squad.
If the user was in the Carbon C6 plan, we show him the C6 plan. We highlights the benefits that user will turn off with the changed.
Based on the research by the service design team and comparing the benefits of C6 card plan with others banks, we realized that the points of card was not a bad idea for the user.
The screens flows was approved by the business team and enginer team. After the delivery of Android and iOs development team, I did the QA of screen and suggested adjustments.
The project increased the bought of C6 carbon card and helped the user to know the benefits of the cards.
This project have no way to mensure only the product design results because we made a lot of campaigns of the new card but we received good comments of users in reserach made by service design team.
